I'd be interessted to know why the printer needs to cool off completely before being shutdown. What is the difference between that and cutting the power while still hot?

I believe it's because of the fan, to prevent the heat from spreading into the cold zone and melting the filament above the heatbreak.

It would be nice if you could add a description on how to avoid this. For example if we're trying to heat up a chamber first.
