What happened?
The --- is equipped with a power supply that includes an internal temperature sensor. In case of an implausible temperature sensor reading, the printer halts its operation and displays the message "Temperature sensor of the power supply unit is disconnected".

How to fix it?
Contact our Technical Support with the info this error occurred. In most cases, this requires our guidance or a replacement of the complete AC box.
Do not disassemble or open the AC box under any circumstances. The AC box contains dangerous components that can lead to both injury and damage to the printer.
