What happened?
The printer is showing the message "%s lost a link to parent system". This message is shown when there is a firmware issue, where in place of %s, the name of the component that lost communication is shown.
Error name: Link lost
Error code: #35331
How to fix it?
Make sure you have the latest firmware.
Disconnect the printer from any UPS devices and power strips, and connect it directly to the power outlet. Try testing different outlets. Make sure that your electrical installation is grounded.
If the issue persists, check if the issue also happens with a sample G-code.
