If at the time of parking one of the nozzles, the printer equipped with INDX cannot complete this action and detects a dock not empty, it shows the message "An obstruction was detected while moving to the dock. Make sure the selected dock is correct and empty, then try again."
Error name: Occupied dock
Error code: #36123
To clear the error, ensure the affected dock is free, for example, from filament residues or another nozzle, before performing another parking of the tool.

I was hesitant to remove the tool from the attempted dock as I didnt' want it to get tangled or continue the print so I hit "Abort" losing the print.
It wouldn't go back to the Home menu though and asked which dock to park the sensed tool in. I chose "Dock 1" and it homed itself and then went to the dock but just as it was going in, it gave the error on this page. The dock was indeed empty. I cleared dock 2 manually and told it to park the tool in dock 2. Same result.
I turned it off. Moved the toolhead into dock one with no issues and then turned it on. It went through the same loop above, asking where to park the sensed tool. I turned it off, removed the USB drive, turned it back on. Went through the loop telling it "Dock 1"....and it parked the tool with no issue!
So not really sure haha
