                  If your printer has an issue you cannot solve by troubleshooting remotely with our Customer support, it is possible to send the printer for repair. If the printer's warranty covers it, the printer will be sent to our service center in Prague, Czech Republic, or Printed Solid in the USA. Note that these are our only official warranty repair offices.
