Verify the project you are trying to send. Ensure that the G-code was sliced using a filament profile that is fully supported by your printer's specific hardware setup (e.g., correct hotend type, nozzle diameter, and maximum temperature limits).
Go to the printer menu to Settings ->Print head/Tools. Make sure that the hardware settings configured in the menu and in Prusa Connect accurately match the physical components installed on your printer.
If you are using a multi-tool setup (such as the Original Prusa XL, XL+, CORE One INDX) or an MMU unit, check your tool mapping. Verify that the print job is assigned to an extruder that has the correct and compatible filament loaded.
If the file was accidentally prepared for a different printer model or an unsupported filament, open your project in PrusaSlicer, select the correct printer and hardware profiles, slice the file again, and send the new G-code to the printer.
