A loadcell is a component that converts force or weight into an electrical signal. 
On our printers, it is part of the Nextruder, equipped on our Prusa CORE One, and Original Prusa XL, MK4/S, MK3.9/S. It detects if the nozzle is close enough to the steel sheet for printing. 
A printer equipped with a loadcell has a first layer set automatically during the mesh bed leveling. This avoids any damage that would be caused by the nozzle digging into the steel sheet.

3D printers mainly use two different diameters (thickness) of filament: 2.85 mm (commonly called 3 mm) and 1.75 mm. Worldwide, the 1.75mm version is more common. All of our Original Prusa FFF-printers are configured for 1.75mm filament.

For optimal print quality, the belts in your Prusa printer must be correctly tensioned. Loose belts can cause issues like layer shifting, ghosting, or irregular shapes in prints. 
<h4>Belt Tuner app</h4>
The recommended method to check the belt tension is using the Belt Tuner app. Follow the app's instructions for precise measurements. 
<h4>Alternative method for MK3/S/+</h4>
On these older models, you can still use the built-in selftest or belt test under LCD Menu -&gt; Calibration. Look for values between 260 and 290 on the LCD, with lower numbers indicating tighter belts. If adjustments are necessary, refer to the related instructions for the adjustments.

Inside the MMU2S selector, cutting potential strings on the filament upon filament change. From firmware 3.9.0 onwards, it is possible choosing to cut the filament from the printer menu. The blade must be secured at the correct height so the selector's movements are not hindered.

This is the filament-pulleys or hobbed pulleys on all Original Prusa MK3/S and MK2.5/S. The set includes two gears (one with a set screw and one without screws), two bearings, and a shaft. The gear with the set screw has to be firmly tightened over the flat part of the extruder motor shaft. The gear with no set screw must be installed to the idler door, where the bearings and shaft allow it to rotate freely.

Inspect the wiring visually, look for pinched, broken or scratched cable sleeves. (unwrap the cable from the sleeve if necessary). Check the cable plugs on both ends by holding the connector with one hand and gently pulling the wire with the other hand to see if the wire doesn't snap out.&nbsp;

Curing is the process of solidifying liquid resin using UV light. Sunlight contains UV light and it can cause the liquid resin to solidify/cure. The recommended curing time per single layer is usually between 5-12 seconds depending on the resin used - there may be exceptions. Layer height, object size, and exposure (curing) time are the three factors that have a major impact on the length of the printing process and the quality of the printed object.
