Failed to Reach Chamber Temperature #31259 (CORE One) #3525…

What happened?

The printer shows the message "Failing to reach target chamber temperature. Keep waiting?". This message is sent when the chamber is heating too slowly and cannot reach the chamber temperature set for printing.

Error name: Chamber failed to reach temp

Error code: #31259 (CORE One) #35259 (CORE One L)

How to fix it?

Check the fans on the back panel and the vent on the top cover for excessive airflow.

Fans

Go into the printer menu to Tune -> Chamber fan, and lower it or set it to 0%.

Vent

Move the vent to the shut position by sliding one of the screws on the top.

The CORE One L can close the ventilation holes automatically by pushing the lever on the top of the Nextruder.

If the issue persists, take some pictures of the printer and its surrounding areas and contact our Atención al cliente.

Neither of the two solutions you suggest works for me. The chamber fans do not start during the warm-up phase and the vent is closed, but the temperature stays at 33/40 °C and eventually the error appears: “Chamber failed to reach temp”.
