What happened?
During filament loading, the printer detected filament stuck or left behind in the extruder filament sensor area. The printer displays the message "Filament was detected in the extruder filament sensor. Please remove it manually before proceeding".
This warning can appear if filament from a previous load was not fully retracted or if a partial piece of filament remains in the path, blocking new loading.
Error name: Loading obstruction
Error code: #31119 (CORE One) #17119 (XL)
How to fix it?
Open the idler on the Nextruder and manually remove any remaining filament from the filament sensor path. Use needle-nose pliers or tweezers if necessary, but avoid scratching the internal parts.
Inspect the filament sensor area to ensure it's clear of residue or debris.
After clearing, close the idler, and attempt to load the filament again.
If the issue persists, perform a filament sensor test via the printer’s LCD menu -> Info -> Sensor Info to verify proper sensor function.
