What happened?
The printer is showing the message "The tool was not detected after pickup. Motors are disabled. Make sure the tool is in its dock, then press Retry".
Error name: Tool pickup failed
Error code: #36138 (CORE One INDX)
Issued when the printer does not recognize a tool after pickup.
How to fix it?
Do not open the door or manipulate printer components until the printer is cooled down. Touching the hot nozzle can cause severe burns.
With the motors disabled, it is possible to move the printhead by hand. Ensure the affected tool is in its dock position, and if not, manually park it to its dock, then press Retry. It is possible this is enough for the printer to detect the tool.
