Error code: #36132 (CORE One INDX)
Issued when the printer detects that a tool collides with the vent area.
How to fix it?
Inspect the vent area and mechanism for residue or debris, such as stray filament strings, loose zip ties, or misrouted cables catching on the vent levers. At the same time, check if anything dropped into the vent dock or slider track.
After this, test pick and park for that toolhead via the printer menu to verify that physical alignment is restored, found under LCD Menu >Control.
If the tool still drops, sticks, or seats incorrectly, run Dock Calibration specifically for that toolhead to recalculate its precise coordinates, under LCD Menu -> Control -> Calibrations & Tests -> Dock Position Calibration.
