What happened?
The printer is showing the message "The tool was not detected during operation. Motors are disabled. Put the tool back to its dock, then press Continue".

Error code: #36137 (CORE One INDX)
Issued when the printer does not recognize a tool during operation.
How to fix it?
Do not open the door or manipulate printer components until the printer is cooled down. Touching the hot nozzle can cause severe burns.
With the motors disabled, it is possible to move the printhead by hand. Manually park the tool to its dock, then press Continue. It is possible this is enough for the printer to detect the tool.
