Since when is the support so difficult? I need help for my mini printer and I can’t reach anyone at live chat, now it even disappeared. With mail I got not really good answers and it takes 1 to 2 days.
Yes, getting any type of support or answers. Any timely manner is nearly impossible from Prusa. If I had known it was gonna be this difficult with their customer service, I wouldn’t have invested so much money so fast with them! I boughtthe equipment based upon their reputation, but shame on me if I had known I would’ve continued to grow with bamboo lab for my Print farm expansion.
Since when is customer service at Prusa this difficult? my CoreOne is failing every calibration test. my printer appears to be missing lead screws on the rear trapezoid nut, and I believe that's why its failing the calibration test. the loadcell takes about 12 times to pass.
what concerns me is that there is no way the Z Axis calibration could've succeeded in its current state, making the printed testing receipt a lie. really unfortunate experience thus far. please help
I just got a CoreOne, and I'm having the same issues: printer collision detected, infinite homing loop, and failing nozzle cleaning. It's almost impossible to use. I succeeded in printing one part, but it took 15 minutes to start. I made sure the belts were the correct tension and still had no luck. My Mk3 is better than this printer...

And now it seems to be the end of the business day for Prusa, so is it April now?
