The Save Logs to File feature records real-time internal diagnostic data directly to an attached USB flash drive. When activated, the printer writes system events sequentially to a text file.
Accessing the feature
To begin logging system activity:
Insert a FAT32-formatted USB drive into the printer.
Navigate to LCD Menu > Settings > System > Save Logs to File.
Enable the setting to start capturing live data.
Before removing the USB drive from the printer, turn the logging off.
