Yes, the hole in the cover is a bit too small, has a bit of rough filament. The screw will fit if you apply a bit of pressure so start the screw in the cover before assembly. Install the Wifi board into the cover, then thread the screw all the way until it protrudes from the circular spacer of the Wifi board. Now mount to the case and the screw will find the threads easily in the case.

Made it so much harder than it had to be. There is is an a much easier way Apple sucks. Ziplock bags🫣. Why not? I can’t be the first to suggest this ?
