So it took me
1h30 to dismantle 100%of the mk4s
15 hours to assemble and run tests of the core one

I can't find info regarding does the CORE one upgrade kit requires me to print anything prior the disassembly of MK4S? It only mentions 'if some parts are damaged'

You need to print the lubricant adaptor to help you lubricate later.

I just finished the assembly. It was super easy.

As soon as you finish attaching the belts, check the comments and go check how to tune them. It very easy. It took me 5 min to adjust and tune the belt. It worked well. I am print testing for 24h now. Everything works good.

Hi there,
I am little bit confused to where to start.

I have 2 lastest mk4s (dec 2024) + latest mmu3 (dec 2024).

I just received the core one conversion kits. And also the mmu3 conversions kits for core one.

So which manuals should I follow?

1. Mk4s to core one assembly
2. then the mk4s mmu3 to core one mmu3 assembly?

Hello. Correct, furt rebuild printer, then the MMU. You are also allowed to look at the manual before rebuilding anything to know what is waiting for you and plan your steps according to it.

Hi! Here’s my scenario: I have a fully working MK4, and I purchased the upgrade kit to convert it to an MK4S. However, I haven’t had time to do the upgrade yet. Now, I just received the kit to convert it to CORE One. Do I need to first upgrade the MK4 to MK4S, or can I go straight to CORE One?

Hello. There is a list of components you'll need for the upgrade. So theoretically you don't need to upgrade to MK4S first. Just ensure that you have 6.2.4 FW before disassembly.

I have a MK4S that has not been assembled. I just purchased the CORE One upgrade kit. I don't want to assemble the MK4S kit, then dissemble it to install the CORE One upgrade. Do you have instructions for assembling the both kits at the same time?

You are probably best to follow the assembly manual for the Core One kit and ignore the Mk4S and Conversion manuals.
There is a photo in the Conversion manual showing the parts used from the Mk4S, just separate them out from the kit first.

Hello. We recommend check the parts you are using from MK4S and proceed with the conversion kit manual as there are some differences from kit assembly.
