1. Attaching the print sheet

Step 1 of 16 (Chapter 8 of 9)

Make sure there is nothing on the heatbed. The heatbed must be clean. Any dirt can damage the surface of both the heatbed and the print sheet.
Attach the sheet by first aligning the rear cutout with the locking pins on the back of the heated bed (marked in orange in the picture above). Hold the sheet by the front two corners and slowly lay it down onto the heated bed - watch your fingers!
Keep the print sheet clean for optimum performance.
#1 cause of prints detaching from the print surface is a greasy print sheet. Use IPA (Isopropyl alcohol) to degrease it if you have touched its surface before.
We are using a print sheet with a smooth surface. However, the same procedure applies to other variants.

I suggest making us eat the gummy bears AFTER putting on the sheet. I managed to get it dirty with my gummy bear slime covered hands lol.

I just opened the steel plate, and can see that there is a small dimple near the left back corner. Support said its not a big deal. But I feel the plate should be pristine at this stage :(

Hi. Please check the bottom of your 3D Printed models in the area where the dimple is, and compare it with the other sheet areas. If you observe big differences, take pictures and contact our Support again.

If you are trying to run the calibration with other than smooth sheet and the calibration fails at the heatbed callibration, use the smooth steel sheet and run the calibration again before disassembling the printer and trying to hunt for problems.
