All models on the print bed and PrusaSlicer settings can be saved as a single 3MF Project file via the File -> Save Project as.

Make sure to have the latest version of PrusaSlicer.

Alternatively, all models on the print bed can be exported as a single STL via File -> Export -> Export Plate as STL/OBJ.

You can also export individual models as an STL file. Right-click on any of the models in the 3D view and select Export as STL..This can be useful if you make changes to the model inside PrusaSlicer, such as cutting it. Note that depending on the modifications you made to the object, the other menu options might differ from the image below.

In the SLA mode, it’s also possible to include tree supports (as non-editable STL) via the  File -> Export -> Export Plate as STL/OBJ Including Supports.

I see an option to export plate as stl with support and it only works with sla tree support. I really want to export organic support as stl, how could this be done? Is it going to be possible with the upcomming realeases?

Agreed @Dragon68k. What is a configuration bundle anyway?
Giuliano - Official Prusa CS
It's all the settings for a configuration - you might require to import a configuration bundle if you made some custom settings for your printer.

Please add a more complete section for 'Export'. Please specify the differences for the different 'export config' commands and their use. Thanks in advance
