What happened?
The printer equipped with the INDX upgrade is showing the message "Nozzle was still detected after parking" due to improper tool parking in the tooldock.
Error name: Tool park failed
Error code: #36127
How to fix it?
Park the nozzle manually through the printer menu.
If the message appears even though the nozzle has been docked:
- Check that nothing is obstructing the movement of the print head.
- Check the tool dock for any debris that could prevent proper tool docking.
- Redo the dock calibration.
- Check the belts.
