⬢This guide will take you through the Hotend assembly replacement on your Original Prusa MK4S or MK3.9S.
The following instructions are compatible with all Prusa Nozzle diameters.
⬢All necessary parts are available in our eshop prusa3d.com.
Note that you have to be logged in to have access to the spare parts section.

⬢プリンタからフィラメントを取り外します。
プリンターからスプールホルダーを外しておくことをお勧めします。
⬢Z軸を中央の位置に移動し、エクストルーダーに上下から簡単にアクセスできるようにします。

⬢プリンタの電源を切り、PSU（電源ユニット）から電源ケーブルを抜きます。
プリンタ部品（プリントヘッドとヒートベッド）が室温程度まで冷却されていることを確認してください。
作業を進める前に、ヒートベッドを保護することをお勧めします。
⬢プリントシートを外します。
⬢十分な厚みのある布を使い、ヒートベッドを覆ってください。こうすることで、分解時に表面を傷つけることがなくなります。

各コネクターには安全ラッチがあります。取り外す前に、ラッチを押す必要があります。さもないと、コネクターが破損する恐れがあります。
⬢Disconnect the hotend heater cable.

⬢Remove the hotend cables from the cable channel.
⬢ホットエンドを手でつかみます。
⬢もう片方の手で2本のサムスクリューを緩めます。完全に外す必要はなく、数回回すだけで十分です。
⬢ホットエンドアセンブリをヒートシンクからスライドして外します。

⬢エクストルーダーの底部からヒートシンクの穴を探し、ホットエンドをヒートシンクに挿入します。
⬢同時に、ヒートシンクファンの後ろにあるホットエンドケーブルを電子機器まで押し上げます。
⬢ホットエンドアセンブリをヒートシンクに完全に押し込みます。ヒートシンクとノズルの真鍮部分の間に約 2 mm の隙間があるはずです。
⬢While pushing the hotend assembly in, firmly tighten the lower thumb screw and the upper thumb screw.
ネジとヒートシンクの間にケーブルを挟まないようにしてください！
⬢下側から、ホットエンドの向きが正しいことを確認します。Xキャリッジの切り欠きの間に収まるようになります。

⬢ノズルが完全に挿入されていることを確認します。ノズルにある銅リングは、正しくはめ込まれていれば見えなくなるはずです。
完全に挿入されていないと、熱伝達が悪くなり、ノズルの詰まりなどの問題につながる可能性があります。
⬢ノズルの位置を調整するには、サムスクリューを緩めてノズルの位置を変え、ホットエンドアセンブリーを押し上げながらネジを締め直します。

⬢サムスクリューの後ろにケーブルチャンネルがあることを確認します。まずホットエンドサーミスタケーブルをチャンネルに通します。次にホットエンドヒーターケーブルを挿入します。
⬢写真のようにホットエンドファンケーブルをガイドします。ケーブルチャンネルに押し込みます。

⬢ホットエンドサーミスタをLoveBoardの左上のスロットに接続します。
⬢ホットエンドヒーターをLoveBoard 上部の黒いスロットに接続します。

⬢Arrange all the cables according to the picture (view from above). All cables must be squeezed as close to the extruder body as possible.
⬢Close the Fan-door-cover.
⬢LoveBoardカバーをエクストルーダーの上にスライドさせます。そして押し下げる。
ケーブルを挟まないように注意してください！
⬢カバーが正しく完全に挿入されると、背面のラッチがわずかに「カチッ」と音がするのを感じるはずです。

このステップは、ノズルの直径やタイプを変更した場合のみ重要です。
⬢Settings > Hardware メニューをご覧ください。
⬢使用するノズル径を選択してください。（例：0.25 / 0.3 / 0.4 / 0.5 / 0.6 / 0.8）
On MK4S, the 0.40mm is the stock nozzle size.
⬢シリコンソックスを使用している場合は、シリコンソックスオプションをオンにしてください。
⬢通常のノズルとハイフローノズルを切り替えた場合は、ノズルタイプを選択してください。

⬢すべてが正しく接続されているか確認するには、Control -> Temperature -> Nozzle Temperature で、少なくとも200℃以上の温度を指定します。
⬢メイン画面に戻り、下のバーで温度が上がっているか確認します。
