Credit card

Paying with a credit card is easy and fast. After placing an order, you will be redirected to a secure payment website. Enter your credit card details and finalize the payment there.

Keep in mind that the payment is charged at the time of the order. Once the payment is processed successfully, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within a few minutes.

Troubleshooting credit card payment errors:

  • Make sure that you are allowed to send over-seas payments. You can check that with your bank.
  • If your card is new, make sure that it has been activated.
  • If the payment failed and nothing was deducted from your account, try paying again using the same method.
  • Make sure that your daily spending limit was not exceeded.
Invoice payment

Invoice payment (wire transfer) is widely used for business orders. Once the order is placed, you will receive an invoice and instructions on how to finalize the payment via e-mail.

Please keep in mind that we can't send orders before the payment is received. Usually, it takes 5 business days until the wire transfer payment is received and confirmed.

Schools and government organizations can ask for an exemption from paying upfront. Simply contact us at (subject: school, government order), and we will do our best to help you out.

Paying with PayPal is easy and fast, but an active user account is required. After placing an order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Then, log in to your PayPal account and finalize the payment.

Keep in mind that payment is charged at the time of the order.

Note: This option is not available for orders from EU region

Bitcoin payment option allows you to use your Bitcoins for direct purchases at our e-shop. Bitcoin/USD exchange rate is calculated in real-time using Coindesk Bitcoin Price Index (Coindesk BPI).

Any potential refunds are refunded with your local currency.

    E-shop vouchers

If you have received a voucher for our e-shop, you can redeem it during the checkout. Simply fill in the voucher code into the VOUCHERS field and press OK. Your voucher will be checked, and if everything is okay, it will be applied to the current order.

Remember to use the voucher before finalizing the order. Vouchers cannot be used on already processed orders.
    Personal pick-up & Cash payment

This option allows you to collect the order at our warehouse in Prague. The order must be pre-paid, or if Cash on pickup payment method is selected, it can be paid in Czech crowns only.

To make this option available, choose the Czech Republic in the Country list at the checkout. Lead-time still applies to selected products even with the Personal pick-up option.

Value Added Tax (VAT) & Customs

    European Union orders

Orders shipped within the European Union or the EEA (European Economic Area) include VAT of the Czech Republic.

You will see the VAT amount during the checkout.

You can receive the invoice without VAT if you fill in your Company name, Identification number and EU VAT number. This number is being checked by VIES VAT number validation

Make sure to fill in all the fields correctly. Otherwise, you will not receive the invoice without VAT. If you believe that all information has been entered correctly and the system still shows an error, please check that VIES VAT number validation system is online or contact our Live Chat for help.

Orders outside of the European Union

VAT isn't charged on exports to countries outside the EU. However, you may need to pay the customs once you receive the product, depending on the policy of your local customs office.

Please contact your local customs office to learn more about customs, import tax, and related charges.

We did our best to compile a list of common custom charges in the table below, yet we still suggest contacting the customs office for more accurate information.

This table is only an estimate; real charges may differ.
