<p>射出率(Extrusion Multiplier)を使用すると、押出し流量を微調整できます。これは、&nbsp;<strong>簡単に言えばノズルから出るフィラメントの量です</strong>。 つまり、PrusaSlicerの&nbsp;<strong>射出率</strong>&nbsp;設定とプリンターファームウェアの&nbsp;<strong>Flowrate</strong>&nbsp;設定は、同じことを調整する2つの方法ですが、これら2つの設定の一方を調整しても、もう一方の値には影響しません。</p>
<p><strong>この手順は、工場から出荷される新しいプリンタでは必要ありません</strong>が、特殊な用途やフィラメントのときに行います。 理想的な値は、素材の種類や色によっても異なります。 スプールごとに異なる場合もあります。 フィラメントの種類やブランドを頻繁に変更したり、安価な無名ブランドを使用したりする場合は、この点に注意してください。</p>

<h3><strong>問題を見つける方法</strong></h3>
<p>このキャリブレーションは、以下の2つの一般的な問題を修正するときに行います。</p>

<p><strong>過剰な射出</strong>は多くのフィラメントで発生する一般的な問題です。 特に、2つに分割したモデルを接着しようとするときに問題が顕在化します。 <strong>トップレイヤーが過剰に押し出されると、表面が凸凹の不均一になり、2つのパーツを隙間なく密着できなくなります。</strong></p>
<h3><strong>キャリブレーション方法</strong></h3>
<p>PrusaSlicerで、<span class="key">フィラメント設定</span>タブを開き、射出率の項目を見ます。(PLAの)デフォルト設定は 1 です。この値はパーセンテージを表し、1 = 100％、0.95 = 95％などです。通常、調整範囲は0.9から1.1の間です。 調整するには、値を書き換えるだけです。</p>

<p>どちらの方法を選ぶかはあなたの好みで決めてもらって構いません。どちらの方法を選んでも最終的には同じ結果が得られます。 つまり、簡易な目視での方法でも、トップレイヤーが完璧に平らでスムーズになり、合わせ面もフィットするパーツが作れるようになります。</p>
<h4>正確な方法</h4>
<div class="note-callout">次のガイドは、<strong>デフォルト</strong>のPrusaSlicer 0.4ノズルヲ使ったプロファイルを想定しており、積層高さは0.1mm～0.2mmであることに注意してください。つまり:<br />
- ノズル径 = 0.4<br />

<h3>プリント面の準備方法&nbsp;</h3>
<p>&nbsp;<strong>手や汚れた道具で</strong> プリント面に触れない場合は、毎回のプリントの前に表面をきれいにする必要はありません。 ベッドと&nbsp;<strong>同様に使用する道具も掃除しておくと</strong>&nbsp;、次のプリントをすぐに開始できます。</p>
<h4><strong>イソプロピルアルコール</strong></h4>

<h4>窓ガラス用洗剤</h4>

<h4>再表面化</h4>

<h3><strong>ノズルがシートに近すぎ/離れすぎ</strong></h3>

<h3>スピードと温度</h3>

<p><strong>推奨のプリント温度にしてみる</strong></p>

<h3>プリントの取り外し</h3>

<p>模型の取り外しにヘラを使う場合は、シートの表面を傷つけないように注意してください。平らな面で模型の下を掘るのではなく、可能な限りシートを少し曲げ、模型の下にヘラを差し込みます。</p>
<p>プリント表面から離れない頑固なプリントの場合、ヒートベッドを数分間（元のプリント温度まで）再加熱し、再び冷ましてみてください。こうすることで、プリント面にくっつきすぎているプリントを取り除くことができる場合があります。</p>

<h3>マテリアル</h3>
<p>PETG や時には PLA は、化学的に中性で、実質的に食品に安全な材料として3Dプリント界ではよく使用されています。炭酸飲料のペットボトル、食品容器、サラダボックスなどは、PETG のとても近い種類である PET で作られています。</p>

<p>Prusaのプリンタは、標準モードでも非常に静かなことで知られています。しかし、実は、当社のプリンタには、さらに静かに動作させるためのオプションが用意されています。以下の手順で、プリンタをステルスモードに設定する方法を説明します。</p>
<h3>MINI and MINI+</h3>
<p>MINI/MINI+は、TMC2209モータードライバーを搭載しており、複数回のテストの後、<strong>X、Y、Z軸のデフォルトでStealthChop（ステルスモード）を有効にしています。</strong>ステルスモードという名称はMK3/S/+に由来し、基本的にTMCドライバーでStealthChopモードを可能にするものです。</p>
<p>MINI+の場合、<strong>唯一の例外はエクストルーダーモーターです。</strong>主に、エクストルーダーとプリントヘッドの間にあるボーデンチューブのため、「SpreadCycle」を有効にすると、より確実に動作します。これはTMCモータードライバーの他のモードです。</p>

<h3>MK3 and MK3S</h3>
<h4>ノーマルモードとステルスモード</h4>
<p>MK3シリーズのプリンタには、2つのプリントモードがあります。<strong>ノーマルモード</strong>は、MK2/Sのサイレントモードよりも静かでありながら、ロストステップ（層のずれ）を検出することができるモードです。また、Trinamic StealthChop技術を利用した<strong>ステルスモード</strong>もあります。これは、プリンタの中で最も騒音の大きいプリント冷却ファンの音をほとんど聞こえなくするものです。</p>

<p><strong>サイレントモード</strong>は消費電流が少なく、プリンターの音は静かになりますが、パワーは弱くなります。<strong>ハイパワーモード</strong>は、非常に大きな（200g以上）プリントをする場合に最適です。また、組み立てたばかりのキットで、すべてを微調整する前にもおすすめです。ロストステップ（レイヤーのずれ）が発生する場合や、プリント速度を手動で100％以上に調整している場合は、ハイパワーモードを使用してください。</p>
<h4>オートパワーモード</h4>
<p>また、<strong>オートパワーモード</strong>もあります。これは基本的にサイレントモードとハイパワーモードの間の中間モードとなります。ステッパーの電流は、Z高さに依存します。Z高さが最小のとき、電流は低く始まります。そして、オブジェクトがプリントされるにつれて、電流はゆっくりと増加します。&nbsp;</p>

プリンタハンドブック

<p>Original Prusa プリンタには、一台一台固有のシリアル番号が割り当てられています。この番号は、すべてのプリンタに貼られている銀色のシール に記載されており、メインフレームに貼付されています。2021年11月までに発行されたシリアルナンバーは "<em>CZPX</em>" で始まり、2021年11月以降は "SN" で始まる新しい形式を導入しています。すべてのシリアル番号は社内データベースに登録されており、お客様のプリンタが純正品であることを確認することができます。</p>

配送について

<p>リモートでファイルを転送し、プリントをスタートする方法があるように、SDカードやUSBフラッシュメモリは、最も一般的で信頼性の高い方法です。一般的で便利ではありますが、フラッシュメモリーはそれ自体最も信頼できるものではなく、ストレージが破損したり、明らかな兆候なしに容量がいっぱいになってしまうことがあります。そこで、Original Prusaプリンタ用のメモリーのメンテナンス、フォーマット、購入の方法について、ガイドをまとめました。</p>
<h3>SDカードがロックされていないか確認しましょう</h3>
<p>SDカードの側面には、ラッチが付いています。SDカードを使用する前に、ラッチが「ロック」の位置になっていないことを確認してください。ロックされている場合、カードにファイルを保存することができず、プリンタもSDカードを開くことができません。</p>

<h3>32GBを超える容量の場合</h3>
<p>対応する記憶媒体の容量に上限はありませんが、<strong>Windows内蔵のフォーマットツールは、32GB以上の記憶媒体をFAT32にフォーマットすることはサポートしていません。</strong>弊社プリンタでは現在サポートしていないexFATのオプションが提供されるのみです。Apple社のOSxの各バージョンでも同様の制限があり、正しくフォーマットするためにはサードパーティーのアプリケーションを使用する必要があります。</p>
<p>このようなドライブをフォーマットするには、Rufus、FAT32フォーマット、またはEaseUS Partition Masterなどのサードパーティアプリケーションが必要です。このようなプログラムを使用するときは、誤ってハードディスクなどの間違った記憶媒体をフォーマットしないように注意してください。ただ、Gコードファイルが100MBを超えることはほとんどないため、容量が8～16GBあればほとんどの場合は十分です。</p>
<h3>USBドライブ/SDカードをフォーマットする方法</h3>
<p>SDカードやUSBドライブの容量がいっぱいになってしまった場合や、ドライブの中身は読めないものの、ドライブ自体はWindowsで認識される場合、ほとんどの場合、ドライブをフォーマットすると解決します。</p>

<h3>Windowsでのフォーマット方法</h3>
<p>Windowsの場合は非常に簡単です。マイコンピュータでUSBドライブまたはSDカードを探し、右クリックして、フォーマットを選択します。</p>

<p>新しく小さなウィンドウがポップアップ表示されます。ほとんどの場合、すべてをデフォルトのままにしておけばよいのですが、<strong>最も重要なのは、File SystemがFAT32に設定されていることです。</strong>この設定とボリュームラベル（ドライブの名前）を設定してください。Startをクリックすると、数秒でドライブがフォーマットされます。</p>

<h3>Macでフォーマットする方法</h3>
<p>Mac では、もう少し手順が増えますが、それでも非常に簡単です。ここでもファイルシステムとしてFAT32を選びたいところですが、「パーティションスキーム」を変更するオプションもあり、これは常にMBR（マスターブートレコード）であるべきです。</p>

よくある質問 - 拡張バイヤーズガイド

LCDメニュー  (MK4)

<p><strong>Original Prusa MK4</strong>には、<strong>xBuddy</strong>と<strong>LoveBoard</strong>という2つのオリジナルボードが搭載されています。この2つはメインケーブルで接続されています。エクストルーダーのパーツを交換する際、エクストルーダーケーブルバンドルやメインボードを開けることなく、エクストルーダー上で直接交換することができます。</p>
<p>各コネクターの近くには、そこに取り付けられているコンポーネントを示すラベルが貼られています。</p>
<h3>LoveBoard</h3>

<p><strong>Prusa MK4とOriginal Prusa MK3.9に搭載されたフィラメントセンサーは、</strong>フィラメントの有無とフィラメント切れを検出します。センサーはホールセンサーで、バネ、磁石、ボールで構成される機構によってトリガーされます。</p>

<h3>フィラメントセンサーのクリーニング方法</h3>
<h4>1) エアダスター</h4>
<p>エクストルーダーの上部に小さな穴が開いているので、そこにエアダスターの先端を差し込みます。空いている方の手で、先端に筋のないフィラメントを少し用意します。圧縮空気を吹き付けながら、フィラメントをエクストルーダーから抜き差しします。そうすることで、溜まったゴミが取り除かれます。</p>

<p>先端にストリングが発生していないフィラメントを少し用意します。フィラメントをエクストルーダーから抜き差しします。フィラメントの抜き差しを何度か繰り返すことで、良好なクリーニングを行うことができます。</p>
<h4>3) センサーの取り外し</h4>

<p>これまでの方法でうまくいかない場合は、フィラメントセンサーを取り外してマニュアルでクリーニングすることができます。この手順には、E軸の部分的な分解が必要です。</p>

<p>The special PA Nylon sheet is made for printing polyamides (Nylon) since their adhesion to standard PEI sheets is generally very poor. The sheet comes with a matt texture, similar to the <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/satin-steel-sheet_196526">satin</a> steel sheet with a PEI surface. The sheet is compatible with most polyamides and PETG, other materials may have insufficient adhesion and should be printed on our standard PEI sheets.</p>
<h3>Main attributes</h3>

<h3>Considerations</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Never clean the special PA Nylon sheet with acetone, IPA (isopropyl alcohol), or other alcohol-based solvents (window cleaners, Windex, etc.)! This will damage the surface.</strong></li>
<li>For easy print removal, wash the print surface with water before every printing.</li>
<li>Check the proper first layer height! If the Live Z value is too low and the first layer is too squeezed, print removal may be difficult and may damage the sheet.</li>
<li>PA Nylon sheet should be cleaned only with water and degreased with dish-washing soap!</li>
<li>Some types of polyamide may be prone to warping and require using brim or are suitable only for printing small parts and models with sparse infill.</li>
<li>Keep the sheet as clean as possible! Any grease stain will decrease adhesion.</li>
<li>Live Z value needs to be readjusted if you switch sheets. See <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/steel-sheet-profiles_1955">スチールシートプロファイル</a>.</li>
<li>Not scratch-resistant!!! Do not use metal spatulas with sharp edges to remove the prints. Be extremely careful when removing the print.</li>
<li>Small PETG prints may require a <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/skirt-and-brim_133969#brim">Brim</a>.</li>
</ul>
<div class="warning-callout">Consumable parts, such as print sheets (satin, smooth, textured, etc.) are not covered by warranty as the coatings will diminish over time. Unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship, cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or other cosmetic damage is also not covered by the warranty. Only defective sheets on arrival are covered by warranty.</div>
<h3>Maintenance</h3>
<ul>
<li>Wash the print surface before every print with clean water (use a wet cloth or sponge…), then dry it. Greasy stains, such as fingerprints, can be cleaned with water with dishwashing soap.</li>
<li>Never use anything to clean PA Nylon steel sheet but water (with a drop of dish-washing soap)! Unlike the PEI sheets, the PA Nylon sheet must not come in contact with alcohol-based solvents (IPA, Ethyl alcohol, etc.), Acetone, window cleaners, 3DLAC, etc. Using any unrecommended solvents leads to a shorter sheet lifespan and risk of damaging the surface!</li>
<li>Some types of paper towels may leave traces on the sheet (fiber pieces).&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Filaments</h3>
<p>We have done a lot of testing and compiled our results for you to use. To easily see how to prepare your sheet for any filament type, please <a href="https://help.prusa3d.com/en/materials">see our Material table</a>.</p>
<h3>Prints don’t stick</h3>
<p>If your print surface is perfectly clean and all grease has been removed by wiping it with a paper towel soaked in water and dish-washing soap, the first layer height is set properly and the print won’t stick, check out <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/first-layer-issues_1804">1層目の問題</a>.</p>
<p>Keep in mind that polyamides in general tend to warp more than other materials. Sometimes warping may be so strong that larger models (or with dense infill) detach from the surface even over the best surface adhesion. If you experience such strong warping, we recommend using another type of PA for selected print - for example, our Prusament PA11 Carbon Fiber shows almost no warping at all. You can find more in the articles about polyamide and warping.</p>
<div class="warning-callout">PA Nylon print sheet has a special surface layer with smooth texture and matt looks. The surface layer is partially translucent and may show a specific “texture” of lengthwise or diagonal lines, or varying color shades. These color variations are characteristic for material under the topmost layer and don’t affect sheet performance.</div>
<p><em>As a result of the temperatures to which the plate is exposed during printing, its surface gradually becomes glossier or may develop smaller, duller areas. This visual change does not adversely affect the printing properties and is not considered a reason for a warranty claim.</em></p>

<p>The <strong>MMU overcurrent</strong> light indicates that the current through the MMU port is higher than 3.6 A.</p>

<p>The <strong>print USB overcurrent</strong> light indicates that the current through the print USB port (---) is higher than 0.5 A.</p>
<h4>Heater fault</h4>
<p>The <strong>heater fault</strong> light indicates an overcurrent through the hotend heater, higher than 2.8 A. </p>

<p>The <strong>current fault</strong> light indicates an overcurrent through the whole printer, higher than 15.5 A. </p>
<h4>Service USB overcurrent</h4>
<p>The service USB overcurrent light indicates that the current through the service USB port (---) is higher than 0.5 A.</p>

<p>The <strong>print fan</strong> cools the printed model as it lies on the print surface. The associated LED indicates that this is active and spinning. </p>

E-shop order creation

<p>If the printer is being used in an area where the power grid has issues constantly, you might wish to install a <em>UPS</em> (Uninterruptible Power Supply) with the printer. UPS can compensate for power surges, voltage fluctuations, and temporary power loss.</p>
<p>Some considerations need to be made when purchasing the UPS.</p>
<h3>Power panic <em>(selected models only)</em></h3>
<p>The Original Prusa MK4, MK3.9, MK3.5, MK3S+ and XL printers are equipped with a <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/power-panic_2092">パワーパニック</a> feature, which recovers the print when the energy is back after a power outage. If power outages are constant, make sure to test the <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/testing-safety-features-mk3-mk3s_2079#power-panic">Power panic</a>.</p>
<p>The power panic will work over multiple power outages, even if the printer is not re-started.</p>
<h3>Choosing a UPS for your printer</h3>
<p>If using a UPS is necessary, it is recommended to use a UPS that uses Line interactive technology. A Standby UPS will cause the printer to restart due to the higher triggering time.</p>
<p>A UPS is chosen based on the apparent power (VA) needed for the system. It is not recommended to use UPS smaller than 1000 VA for the printer.</p>
<p>Note that a UPS will not run your printer for a long amount of time. If a power outage lasts a long time, it is recommended to safely turn off the printer and start the print again after the power is back. For the printers with no Power Panic, the print will have to be started from the beginning.</p>
<h3>How long will the UPS power my printer?</h3>
<p>We have tested each printer using a Line interactive 1500 VA UPS. See below the information from each printer.</p>

UPS backup for your printer

<p>When printing multiple objects within the same print, it is possible that one or more objects might not have an optimal finish or get loose from the plate, while at the same time, other objects in the same print are printing perfectly. </p>

<p>The <strong>Cancel Object</strong> function makes it possible to stop printing an object directly from the printer menu, while the print is in progress. </p>
<div class="tip-callout">The feature is available starting from PrusaSlicer 2.7.0, combined with Firmware 5.1.0 or above for Original Prusa MK4 and Original Prusa XL and Firmware 5.1.2 or above for Original Prusa MINI/+.</div>
<p>During a running print, navigate to <em>Tune menu -&gt; Cancel Object</em> and select an object that you wish to stop printing. The print will continue running, though any Gcode commands related to the canceled object will be ignored. </p>
<p>The easiest way to stop printing an object is to use the <em>Cancel Current</em> function, located in the same submenu. Once the nozzle reaches the object you want to cancel, you can select this option. </p>
<p>It is also possible to resume the printing of a canceled object through the same submenu. </p>
