<p>ファーストレイヤーキャリブレーションは、ノズルの先端とプリント面の距離を調整するためのものです。 押し出されたフィラメントが、わずかに押しつぶされてヒートベッドにぴったりとくっついている状態になるようにノズルの高さを調整していきます。</p>
<p>組立て済みのPrusaプリンターはすでに微調整されています。このキャリブレーションは、キットバージョンを組み立てた場合、またはノズルを変更する場合のみ必要となります。 ファーストキャリブレーションはウィザードの一部です(XYZキャリブレーションの最後のステップ)。 後で <em>LCD menu - Calibration - First Layer Calibration</em> から再度、ファーストキャリブレーションをすることもできます。 このキャリブレーションを実行中、プリンターがジグザグパターンをプリントしているときに、ノブを回してノズルとベッド間の距離を手動で調整していきます。</p>

<p>新しく組み立てたプリンタでは、値をゼロから開始して負( - )の値の方に移行させ、ノズルとヒートベッド間の距離を縮めていきます。初期のゼロ値は、P.I.N.D.A/SuperPINDA.の位置で設定されます。 <strong>ノブを反時計回りに回すと、ノズルがベッドに近づいていき、値がゼロから離れていきます。 &nbsp;</strong>この値はプリンタ毎に固有で、時間や使用歴によってわずかに変化する場合もあります。したがって <strong>高さを調節するときは、設定値ではなく、目視で確認する必要があります。 &nbsp;</strong></p>

<h3>スムーズシート</h3>
<h4>高すぎる</h4>
<p><strong>ラインは平らになっているが、押しつぶしが足りない。</strong> テストラインの最後にプリントする塗りつぶし四角形パターンで<strong>ライン間に隙間が発生しています。 (<span style="color: #e03e2d;">左の写真</span>)のようなときは、ノズルの位置が高すぎることを意味します。&nbsp;</strong>このときの値は、適正値よりもゼロに近い値になっています。</p>
<h4>低すぎる</h4>
<p>ノズルの位置が低すぎると (<span style="color: #e03e2d;">右の写真</span>) ラインが完全に押しつぶされており、最後の塗りつぶし四角形の<strong>ライン間に隆起が見られるときは、ノズル位置が低すぎるサインで</strong> 適正値よりゼロから離れた値になっています。 低すぎると、塗りつぶし四角形の端がめくれ上がりはじめることもあります。極端な場合、フィラメントが非常に薄く広がり、プリントされたフィラメントが透けて見えるようになり、ホットエンドの詰まりの原因にもなります。</p>
<h4>適正</h4>
<p>適正に調整すると、ライン間に隙間や隆起がなく、平らな表面 (<span style="color: #2dc26b;">中央の写真</span>) が形成されます。 先に述べたように、数値はP.I.N.D.A./SuperPINDAセンサーが固定されている位置とノズル先端の高低差によって異なります。これは各マシンで固有であり、プリントしたときの状況を目視でチェックしなければ意味がありませんが、目安としての<strong>一般的な範囲は-0.400 〜 -1.500です。</strong></p>

<h3>テクスチャー加工シート</h3>
<p>テクスチャー加工シートは、PEIのスムーズシートよりも薄いため、ノズルを少し近づける必要がありますが、スムーズシートと同じ結果を求めています。繰り返しますが、<strong>設定が低すぎると(<span style="color: #e03e2d;">右の写真</span>) 、フィラメントが付着していないように、フィラメントがエッジの周りで丸まり始める</strong>ことがあります。数値が適正値よりもゼロから遠すぎていますので、調整し直す必要があります。</p>
<p>ノズルの位置が高すぎると、ラインが丸くなり、最後の塗りつぶし四角形のライン間にギャップができます。この場合、値は適正値よりもゼロに近すぎています。</p>

<h3>ノズルを見ましょう</h3>
<p>1層目は約0.2mm/0.00787402インチです。 ノズルとシートまでの距離を目視で確認することも値の設定の役に立ちます。 ただし、プリントされた層をノギスで測定することは、最初の層の調整に推奨される方法ではありません。</p>

<h3>1層目のキャリブレーションを実行するタイミング</h3>
<p>一般に、&nbsp;<strong>1層目のキャリブレーション</strong> は、<strong>アセンブリに大きな変更</strong>があるたびに実行する必要があります。これには、ノズルの変更、エクストルーダーのアップグレード、またはその他の軸の更新などが含まれます。プリンタを別の場所に移動する場合も、すべてのキャリブレーションを実行する必要があります。</p>

<h3>その他の問題</h3>
<ul>
<li>直線のラインの幅がところどころで変化する場合は、 <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/bed-level-correction_2267">ベッドのレベル補正</a>を行う必要があるかもしれません 。</li>
<li>ノズルがベッドに接触した場合、SuperPINDA/P.I.N.D.A.センサーはフレキシブルスチールシートを検知できていないので、センサーを固定しているホルダーのセンサー位置を物理的に下に移動する必要があります。これにより、センサーの高さがノズル先端の高さに近づきます。アセンブリマニュアルの<a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/guide/9-preflight-check_76792">プリフライトチェック</a> の指示に従って調整されていることを確認してください。<strong><span class="tooltip" data-tooltip="p-i-n-d-a-sensor_125447">P.I.N.D.A. センサー</span>&nbsp; の固定位置を変えたときは 、1層目のキャリブレーションをやり直す必要があります。</strong></li>
</ul>

1層目のキャリブレーション (i3)

<p>液体を流すパイプと同様に、3Dプリンターのホットエンドで溶融フィラメントが詰まることがあります。ここでは、3Dプリンターのタイプや品番に共通する主要な詰まりの原因を説明します。また、そもそも詰まりが形成されるのを防ぐ方法に関するヒントがあります。</p>
<h3>詰まり現象について</h3>
<p>一番わかりやすい詰まり現象は、フィラメントが挿入されているのに溶融フィラメントが<strong>ノズルから出てこなくなる</strong>というものです。ただし、ホットエンドの部分的にしか詰っていないこともありますので注意が必要です。<strong>この部分的な詰まり</strong>が発生しているかどうかは、フィラメントのロード/アンロードは正常に行えるのでわかりにくいのですが、<strong>プリント中の</strong>積層状態から判断できます。 ノズル詰まりの初期には、溶融フィラメントがノズルから均一に押し出されていないとか、押し出された溶融フィラメントがカールしてノズルに付着するなどの兆候があります。</p>
<p>別の一般的な兆候としては、<strong>カチッという音</strong>または<strong>エクストルーダーからのカチカチという音</strong>が出ていることです。 エクストルーダーから出るカチッという音は、ステッピングモーターの負荷が高くなったときにステップをスキップしてしまう「脱調」という現象が起きていることがほとんどです。この脱調とはステッピングモータに設定したしきい値よりも大きなトルクが必要になったときに、途中まで回転させるための力が解放されて1回以上のステップをスキップしてその場で跳ね返る現象です。機械的な問題、電気的な問題、ソフトウェアの問題、ホットエンドの詰まりなどが考えられ、またはこれらの要因のいずれかの組み合わせである可能性があります。</p>
<div class="note-callout">重要なこととして、<strong>ホットエンドが詰まっていることと、ノズルが詰まっていることは同じではない&lt;/ strong&gt;ことを知っておいてください</strong>。詰まりは(ヒートシンクに挿入されている)PTFEチューブや他の場所で起きている可能性があるため、<strong>単にノズルを交換することは、この問題の抜本的な解決策とはなりません</strong>。</div>

<h3>修理方法</h3>
<p>この問題に対処するには、主に3つの方法があります。 適切な方法を選択するに、まずはフィラメントをロード/アンロードできるかどうかを確認してください。 部分的な詰まりの場合は、溶融またはコールドプルすることができる事が多く、フィラメントのロードすらできないような厄介な詰まりの場合は、以下で説明する3番目の方法が必要になります。</p>
<p>これらの方法のいずれかを開始する前に、<strong>フィラメントをアンロード</strong>して、エクストルーダーから取り外します。作業を簡単にするために、フロントパネルで <em> LCD Menu -&gt; Settings -&gt; Move axis -&gt; Move Z-axis</em>を選んで<strong>上方に移動させておきます</strong>。</p>
<h4>コールドプル</h4>
<p>フィラメントを問題なくロード/アンロードできるが、それでもプリント中に問題が発生する場合は、<a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/cold-pull-mk3s-mk2-5s_2075">コールドプル (MK3S/MK2.5S)</a>手法を使用してホットエンドの内部をクリーニングします。</p>
<h4>詰まりの強制排除</h4>
<p>フィラメントをロードできない場合は、まず、ノズル温度を上げて詰まったフィラメントを軟化させてから押し出してみます。<strong>この作業を行う前に、フロントパネルでフィラメントのオートロード機能をOFFにしておくことをお勧めします。&nbsp;<em>LCD Menu -&gt; Settings -&gt; F. autoload</em></strong><em>。</em></p>
<ol>
<li>次の操作でノズルの温度を設定します&nbsp;<em>LCD Menu -&gt; Settings -&gt; Temperature -&gt; Nozzle</em>。設定温度は、PLAの場合は260℃に、PETGまたはABSの場合は280℃にします。</li>
<li>ノズル温度が設定温度になってから、さらに2分間待ちます - ノズル内部で溶融フィラメントがノズル先端から出て垂れ始めてきます。</li>
<li><strong>付属のノズル用の針</strong>(直径0.3mmから0.35mmのもの)を<strong>下からノズルに挿入します。</strong>詰まりを取り除くには、1〜2cmぐらい挿入する必要があります。<strong>針を挿入している間は、上から押したり、フィラメントをロードしたりしないでください。</strong></li>
</ol>

<li>それでも問題が解決しない場合は、太さ1.5mm、長さ100mmの真っ直ぐで硬い金属ワイヤーを使用してみてください。それを上からホットエンドに挿入して、まず、当たるまでの距離を確認します。次に、当たったところからさらにゆっくり押して中にあるフィラメントをノズルに押し込みます。付属の最小のヘキサゴンレンチを使用することもできますが、長さが足りないので、フィラメントセンサーカバーを取り外して奥まで届くようにします。</li>
</ol>
<div class="warning-callout">この金属ワイヤーでの作業は、フィラメントを押し出すドライブギアやPTFEチューブを損傷させないように注意して慎重に行ってください。</div>
<p>次に、PLAフィラメントをロードしようとすると、新たに挿入したフィラメントによって内部に残ったフィラメントをノズルから押し出してくれるはずです。</p>
<h4>ホットエンドパーツの清掃</h4>
<p>うまくいかなかった場合は、詰まっているのがどこなのかを正確に特定することが重要です。前に述べたように、詰まったホットエンドは詰まったノズルと同じではありません。フィラメントはノズルより上でも詰まる可能性があります。</p>
<div class="tip-callout">詰まりを強制的に出し切ることができなかった場合でも、少なくとも、挿入したワイヤーの長さから、詰まっている場所がどのあたりから始まっているかを見積もることができます。</div>
<p>エクストルーダーアイドラードアを開き、フィラメントの一部がPTFEチューブから突き出ていないかどうかを確認します。</p>
<ul>
<li>MK2/Sの場合、バネが付いた <a href="https://cdn.help.prusa3d.com/wp-content/uploads/prusuki/prusuki-images/Pi51Q431dI24DKDR.jpg">両方のM3x40ネジ</a> を外すとアイドラードアが自然に開きます。</li>
<li>MK3またはMK2.5の場合、六角形の窓の下にある <a href="https://cdn.help.prusa3d.com/wp-content/uploads/prusuki/prusuki-images/pJ12NOO1UYDu2vej.jpg">両方のM3x40ネジ</a> を緩めます(バネも付いています)。</li>

<h4><strong>フィラメントがPTFEチューブのところで詰まっている</strong></h4>
<p>フィラメントが白いテフロンチューブで詰まっている場合、エクストルーダーからホットエンドを取り出す必要があります。 分解するには<a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/guide/how-to-replace-a-hotend-ptfe-tube-mk3s-mk3s-mk2-5s-mmu2s_21664">このガイド</a>を使ってください(ステップ2〜5)。ホットエンドが露出したまま、前にぶら下がる感じになります。パネルメニューでノズル温度を設定します：&nbsp;<em>LCD Menu -&gt; Settings -&gt; Temperatures -&gt; Nozzle (PLAを使用していた場合は260℃、PETGやABSを使用していた場合は280℃まで)</em>。そして、ラジオペンチでフィラメントをつまみPTFEチューブから引き上げて、フィラメントを取り外すことができるかどうかを確認します。&nbsp;</p>

<p>場合によっては、PTFEチューブを取り外す必要があります。取り外すには <a href="https://cdn.help.prusa3d.com/wp-content/uploads/prusuki/prusuki-images/YQ3xHHYCK3H3JXXa.jpg">黒いストッパー</a> をヒートシンク側に押すとチューブを押さえている爪が外れますので、ストッパーを押さえた状態でPTFEチューブを引き出します。</p>
<p>PTFEチューブが詰まりによって、またはそれを取り除く過程で傷が入ったり損傷している場合は、交換を考えた方が良いです。オンラインストアで<strong>新しいチューブを購入することができます </strong>(<a href="https://shop.prusa3d.com/en/mk3mk3s/929-hotend-ptfe-tube-mk25s-mk3s-mmu2s.html">MK3S, MK2.5S</a>) または (<a>MK2/S, MK3, MK2.5</a>) 。新しいPTFEチューブを挿入するときは、ストッパーで適切に固定されていることを再度確認してください。ストッパーを約1mm引き上げながら、PTFEチューブを押し下げる必要があります。 この作業により、ホットエンド内で<strong> PTFEチューブが移動できなくなり</strong>、遊びがなくなります。 <strong> PTFEチューブの固定がうまくいっていないと、詰まりを引き起こす原因になる場合があります。</strong></p>
<h4><strong>ノズル内でフィラメントが詰まっている</strong></h4>
<p>PTFEチューブが空の場合、ノズルに破片が詰まっている可能性があります。 ヒーターブロックからノズルを外します(外し方については、<a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/changing-or-replacing-the-nozzle-mk2-5s-mk3s-mk3s-mk3-5_2069">このガイド</a>を確認してください)。ノズルをきれいにするには機械的に行うか化学的に溶剤を使って行うかの二通りのやり方があります。</p>
<ul>
<li>ノズルを機械的に洗浄するには、ホットエンドからノズルを取り外したら、ヒートガンまたは場合によってはヘアドライヤーを使用して加熱し、ラジオペンチまたはピンセットで付着物を取り除きます。</li>
</ul>
<div class="warning-callout">ノズルは過熱に注意してください。特に焼入れ硬化したノズルは、過熱により焼き鈍されてしまう可能性があります。</div>
<ul>
<li>PLAまたはABSを使用している場合は、ノズルを化学的に洗浄することができます。 ABSはアセトンに溶解し、PLAはテトラヒドロフランまたは酢酸エチルに溶解します。 ノズルをこれらの溶剤の1つに数時間浸してから、ラジオペンチまたはピンセットを使用してねばねばした塊を取り除きます。</li>

ノズル/ホットエンドの詰まり (MK3S, MK2.5S)

<h4>正確な方法</h4>

<h3>スチールシートプロファイル</h3>

<h3>プリントの取り外し</h3>
<p>プリントオブジェクトをプリント面から取り外すには、必ずスチールシートが<strong>室温まで冷えるまで</strong>待ってください。 次に、シートを内側と外側に<strong>曲げて</strong>取り外すことができますが、シートの損傷を防ぐため、ある場面ではへらでアシストしながら剥がしていくことが必要になります。 <strong>PETG、ASA、ABSやPCブレンドなどの素材の場合、または第1層の面積が大きいプリントの場合、もしくはその両方の場合、スティックのりで保護分離層を形成することが必要になる場合があります。</strong></p>

<p>万が一、冷やしてもうまく剥がせなかったり、剥がすときに表面が傷ついたり（表面の一部がはがれたり、ひびが入ったり）した場合は、この種のプリントシートに適していないフィラメントを使用しているか、表面が正しく準備されていない可能性があります。フィラメントとプリントシートの互換性と表面処理については、こちら <a href="https://help.prusa3d.com/materials">Material table</a> をご覧ください。</p>
<p>模型の取り外しにヘラを使う場合は、シートの表面を傷つけないように注意してください。平らな面で模型の下を掘るのではなく、可能な限りシートを少し曲げ、模型の下にヘラを差し込みます。</p>
<p>プリント表面から離れない頑固なプリントの場合、ヒートベッドを数分間（元のプリント温度まで）再加熱し、再び冷ましてみてください。こうすることで、プリント面にくっつきすぎているプリントを取り除くことができる場合があります。</p>

<div class="warning-callout">プリントシート（サテン、スムース、テクスチャード等）などの消耗部品は、コーティングが時間の経過とともに劣化するため、保証対象外です。 材料または製造上の欠陥により故障が発生した場合を除き、傷、へこみ、ひび割れなどの外観上の損傷も保証の対象とはなりません。到着時のシートの不良のみが保証の対象となります。</div>
<h3>シートの違い</h3>
<p>適切にクリーニングし、最初のレイヤー（Live Adjust Z値）を正しく設定すれば、ほぼすべての種類の材料をプリントするのにすべてのシートが使えます。 ただし、特定の材料やモデルに1枚または他のシートを割当てることで特定の利点があります。</p>

<h3>ノズル</h3>
<p>また、使用するノズルによっても違いが出てきます。標準装備の真鍮製ノズルは摩耗するため、 <strong>食の安全性には配慮していません</strong>。柔らかい真鍮のノズルは摩擦により消耗してしますので、その消耗された材質は全てプリントの中に入ってしますのです。食品に使用するプリントと考えると、ステンレス製やチタン製のノズルを選ぶ必要があります。</p>
<h3>では、どうすればいいのでしょうか?</h3>

<h3>結論</h3>
<p>理論的には可能ですが、特別な準備と後処理が必要です。残念ながら、PETG を買ってきて好きなものをプリントすればいいというような単純な話ではありません。人の健康や安全を脅かすことのないよう、きちんと調べてから行うようにしてください!</p>

食品に安全なFDMプリント

<p>Prusaのプリンタは、標準モードでも非常に静かなことで知られています。しかし、実は、当社のプリンタには、さらに静かに動作させるためのオプションが用意されています。以下の手順で、プリンタをステルスモードに設定する方法を説明します。</p>
<h3>MINI and MINI+</h3>

<p>MINI+の場合、<strong>唯一の例外はエクストルーダーモーターです。</strong>主に、エクストルーダーとプリントヘッドの間にあるボーデンチューブのため、「SpreadCycle」を有効にすると、より確実に動作します。これはTMCモータードライバーの他のモードです。</p>

<h3>MK3 and MK3S</h3>

<p>Original Prusa プリンタには、一台一台固有のシリアル番号が割り当てられています。この番号は、すべてのプリンタに貼られている銀色のシール に記載されており、メインフレームに貼付されています。2021年11月までに発行されたシリアルナンバーは "<em>CZPX</em>" で始まり、2021年11月以降は "SN" で始まる新しい形式を導入しています。すべてのシリアル番号は社内データベースに登録されており、お客様のプリンタが純正品であることを確認することができます。</p>

Original Prusa シリアル番号

<p>Due to some inconsistencies in readings from the <a href="https://help.prusa3d.com/article/UaW5ZNPYR8-filament-sensor">optical filament sensor</a> we created the S-upgrade to address this. The new IR filament sensor still uses an optical sensor, but is triggered by a mechanical action designed into the new plastic parts of the MK3S, MMU2S and MK2.5S extruder.</p>

<h4>Autoload</h4>
<p>Autoload is a function that, if the hotend is heated, will start the loading procedure once filament is detected. This can be turned ON and OFF from <em>Settings -&gt; Autoload</em>, on the LCD-panel. The filament sensor must be turned on, from the same menu, to be able to utilize the Autoload feature.</p>
<div class="tip-callout">If you are doing a cold pull or troubleshooting the extruder and hotend it may be wise to disable Autoload.</div>
<h4>Running out of filament</h4>
<p>If you run out of filament, the printer will automatically pause the print, move the X-carriage away from the print and prompt you to unload the remaining few centimeters of the material from&nbsp;the heatbreak and replace the spool and insert a new filament.</p>
<p><strong>The printer will guide you how to resume printing safely:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><em>"Please press the knob to unload the filament"</em> = Press the knob to unload the remaining few centimeters of the filament.</li>
<li><em>"Repeat unloading filament?</em>&nbsp; <strong>[Yes/No]</strong> = If everything went well, press <strong>[Yes]</strong>. If not, then press&nbsp;<strong>[No].</strong>&nbsp;The printer will lock the x-axis motor and will allow you to open the extruder idler to clear the remains of the filament manually.&nbsp;
<ol>
<li>To open the extruder idler, simply release the spring screw running through the extruder, holding the idler-door.</li>
<li>Then, you can use the bundled pliers to remove the filament remains. If some of it got stuck in top PTFE tube, simply push it out with new filament.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Close the extruder idler by re-tightening spring screw. Head of the screw should be about flush with the plastic parts when filament is loaded.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li><em>"Insert filament and press the knob"</em> = Make sure to insert the same type of filament, cut the tip of the filament and insert the filament and press the knob.&nbsp;</li>
<li><em>"Changed correctly?"</em> <strong>[Yes/Filament not loaded/Color not clear]</strong> = If everything went fine and the new filament is coming out nicely (and has the right color), simply press <strong>[Yes]</strong>. If you think that the filament was not loaded properly, press <strong>[Filament not loaded],</strong>&nbsp;which will push through the same amount of filament as before. If the color is not clear, then press <strong>[Color not clear]</strong>, this way it will push through only a bit of filament.</li>
</ol>
<div class="note-callout">If you are uncertain of the readings from the sensor you can check its readings from Support -&gt; Sensor Info, on the LCD-panel.</div>
<h4>Printer continuously prompts for filament-change</h4>
<p>If the printer continuously asks you to change the filament, there are two main reasons for this behavior:</p>
<h5>Wrong firmware</h5>
<ul>
<li>There are two different versions of the firmware available, one for the S-upgrade and one for the older filament-sensor. Make sure you have the correct one. <strong>The new IR Filament sensor requires the S-version of the firmware.</strong></li>
</ul>
<div class="note-callout">Having the incorrect firmware will often, but not always, cause it to fail calibration due to the different design of the extruder-parts.</div>
<h5>Filament sensor is incorrectly connected to the board.</h5>
<ul>
<li>Connector should be on the <strong>bottom-row of pins, covering all pins, with the red wire on the right.</strong> See picture below. The only correct orientation is depicted on the top-left.</li>

<h4>超クローズアップ</h4>
<p>私たちはしばしば「エクストルーダー」や「フレーム」の一般的な写真を要求することがよくありますが、最近の携帯電話では解像度が高いため、照明が十分であれば、特別に接近して撮影する必要はほとんどありません。そのため、特別に接近して撮影された写真は大抵の場合、もっと写真を撮って再送してもらわなくてはならなくなるケースがよくあります。</p>

<p>携帯電話を縦向きに持って動画を撮影するのは、よくある見落としです。携帯電話のカメラの画像チップは、常に画面と同じ方向に解像度を持つため、この方法でビデオを撮影してしまうと、通常の「横」モニターに表示したときに、<strong>解像度の約3分の2が失われます</strong> (下図)  しかしながら、失われてしまった画像はサポート担当者にとっては解決法を探る重要な部分なので、<strong>動画は横向きで撮影してください。</strong></p>

<p>3Dプリンタは、デジタルデータに基づいて物理的なモデル（3Dオブジェクト）を作成する自動化された積層造形プロセスです。どのタイプの3Dプリントも、既存のレイヤーの上に（または下に）レイヤーを追加してオブジェクトを作成するという同じ原理に基づいています。現時点では、完全に万能であらゆる用途に対応できる3Dプリント技術は存在しません。そのため、どのような目的でどのようにプリンタを使うかを決めることが重要です。&nbsp;</p>

<h3>FDM/FFFプリンタ</h3>
<p><strong>FDM</strong>は<strong>Fused Deposition Modeling</strong>（ストラタシスの商標）、<strong>FFF</strong>は<strong>Fused Filament Fabrication</strong>（オープンソース）の頭文字を取ったものです。ポリマーを加熱・溶融し、ノズル/エクストルーダー/プリントヘッドを通してプラットフォーム上に押し出し、モデルを造形する3Dプリンタ全般を指します。プリントに使う材料は、直径1.75mm、場合によっては2.85mmのフィラメントスプールとして提供されます。プリンタの種類による違いは、エクストルーダーとプリント基盤がどのように動いてモデルを作るかによります。&nbsp;</p>
<h4>直交型プリンタ</h4>

<p>直交型プリンタは、Y（前後）、X（左右）、Z（上下）の直交座標系の軸に沿って、少なくとも3つのモーターでプリンターの部品を動かすのが特徴です。普及率が高く、価格も安いことから、個人向けのデスクトッププリンタのほとんどが直交型プリンタです。</p>
<p>プリントされるモデルは、プリントのためにレイヤーにスライスされる必要があります。Y軸とX軸は1つのレイヤーでプリントする座標を定義し、レイヤーの準備ができたらZ軸はプリントベッドを動かすかエクストルーダーを動かして、ノズルを1層上に移動させることになります。オーバーハングがある場合、その下にサポートを追加することができます。</p>
<p>直交型プリンタの最大のメリットは、もっとも一般的なものであるということです。ネット上にはたくさんのヒントやコツ、問題の解決策があります。また、プリンタの部品も簡単に見つけることができます。</p>
<p>欠点としては、直交プリンタは、高速プリントに使用した場合、軸の重さのためにプリントの品質が低下することが挙げられます。また、通常、すべての軸を動かすため、プリンターの体積は造形物の体積よりかなり大きくなります。</p>

<h4>CoreXYプリンタ</h4>
<p>直交プリンタと同様に、CoreXYデザインもY軸とX軸の2つのモーターとタイミングベルトで緯度と経度の座標を決定し、Z軸でプリントの高さを決定します。Core XYの違いは、XとYの動きが互いに依存し、非常に特殊なベルトデザインによって行われることです。この場合、プリント面はエクストルーダーに合わせて持ち上がります。ただし、CoreXYプリンタの特徴は、印刷面が可動することだけではありません。このプリンタの特徴は、XYベルトの設計とその動きにあります。</p>
<p>X軸とY軸がかなり軽くなっているので、直交プリンタで高速プリントしたときに現れるような課題が起きにくいようになっています。また、プリント面を横に移動させる必要がないため、全体の体積の多くをビルドボリュームにできる設計になっています。</p>
<p>CoreXYプリンタはベルトの長さが長いため、直交プリンタと比較してベルトの問題が大きくなります。また、経路が複雑なため、これらの問題の修復も困難です。フレーム製で非常に安定している一方で、完全に正方形でなければ寸法精度は悪くなってしまいます。</p>

<h4>デルタプリンタ</h4>
<p>デルタプリンタでは、プリント面は静止しており、3つのモーターが連動し、ホットエンドを緯度・経度・高さで移動させることができます。これらのモーターは3本の柱を制御し、これらの柱はアームでエクストルーダーと接続され、ホットエンドを動かすことになります。このホットエンドを支えるアームが三角形をしていることから、プリンタスタイルの名称（&Delta;＝デルタ）となっています。このタイプのプリンタは、より速くプリントできるように設計されています。</p>
<p>デルタプリンターのエクストルーダーは非常に軽量です。それが3つのモーターを制御することと相まって、このプリンタを高速プリントに最適なものにしています。このプリンタは、複雑な計算で動きを作るため、早くから32ビットシステムを採用していました。また、動いているときの見た目のクールさも魅力のひとつです。&nbsp;</p>
<p>デルタプリンタは、どれもプリント面が比較的小さく、円形をしています。そのため、ビルドスペースはかなり制限されます。また、プリント速度が速いため、プリントの精度が低くなります。また、複雑な作業や情報不足だけでなく、全体的に部品の不足とコストがかかるため、プリンタに問題が発生した場合、トラブルシューティングや修理が非常に難しく、デスクトッププリンタとして使用するのは一般的ではありません。また、このプリンタは、軽量化するためにボーデンタイプのエクストルーダーと連携する必要があり、使用できるフィラメントが限定されることがあります。</p>

<h4>ポーラープリンタ</h4>
<p>このプリンタは、直交座標型のような正方形ではなく、円形のグリッド上に点がある極座標系を採用しています。プリント面は横に動くだけでなく、回転もします。これにより、エクストルーダーは上下にしか動かず、造形面積も広くなっています。このプリンタは、フレームがとても軽いのが特徴です。</p>
<p>この技術はまだ開発中です。そのため、プリンタが非常に高価になり、問題が起きたときに部品やテクニカルサポートを見つけるのが難しくなっています。</p>

<h3>SLA</h3>
<h4>(光造形機)</h4>
<p>バット重合プリントの基本原理は、感光性液体（樹脂）を入れたバットを熱源で一層ずつ硬化させて対象物を作るというものです。</p>
<p>プリントされたオブジェクトはほぼ完全に滑らかで、驚くほど精細で、レイヤー高さは最小で25～100ミクロンと、人間の目にはほとんど見えません。この技術の最大の欠点は、プリント面積が小さくなることと、液体樹脂の毒性です。樹脂が皮膚に触れないようにしたり、樹脂の蒸気を吸い込まないようにする必要があります。</p>
<p>プリントオブジェクトは、プリント終了後すぐに使用することはできません。これはオブジェクトの表面に残っている未固化の樹脂が原因で、少し柔らかくてべたべたした感じになるからです。イソプロピルアルコールで洗浄し、UVライトでさらに硬化させることをお勧めします。</p>

<h4>マスク式光造形機 (MSLA)</h4>
<p>各レイヤーの形状を半透明のマスクとして液晶画面に表示し、高性能なUV LEDで露光を行います。UV光はディスプレイの白画素しか通過できません。液晶ディスプレイの解像度が一定なので、プリントオブジェクトのXY解像度も一定になります。また、この方法では1度に全層を硬化させるので、プリント台上にオブジェクトが何個あっても大丈夫です。</p>

<h3>SLS</h3>
<p><strong>選択的レーザー焼結法</strong></p>
<p>3Dプリント技術のもう一つのタイプはSLSとDMLSで、焼結と呼ばれるプロセスを使用します。基本的には、新しいレイヤーをプリントするたびに、シリンダーがプラットフォーム上に微細な粉末の薄い層を広げ、それをレーザーで焼結して必要な形状にします。プリントが終わると、オブジェクト全体がプリント用粉末で覆われます。そのため、プリントオブジェクトに穴を開け、そこから余分な粉を流し込む必要があります。余分な粉は次のプリントに再利用できるので、材料の無駄がほとんどありません。また、レイヤーがほとんど見えないというメリットもあります。このプリンタは、一般に広く普及しているわけではありません。産業用として使われることが多いため、価格も高く、安いものでも6,000ドル（約100万円）程度からになります。</p>

プリンターの種類と違いについて

<p>リモートでファイルを転送し、プリントをスタートする方法があるように、SDカードやUSBフラッシュメモリは、最も一般的で信頼性の高い方法です。一般的で便利ではありますが、フラッシュメモリーはそれ自体最も信頼できるものではなく、ストレージが破損したり、明らかな兆候なしに容量がいっぱいになってしまうことがあります。そこで、Original Prusaプリンタ用のメモリーのメンテナンス、フォーマット、購入の方法について、ガイドをまとめました。</p>
<h3>SDカードがロックされていないか確認しましょう</h3>
<p>SDカードの側面には、ラッチが付いています。SDカードを使用する前に、ラッチが「ロック」の位置になっていないことを確認してください。ロックされている場合、カードにファイルを保存することができず、プリンタもSDカードを開くことができません。</p>

<h3>32GBを超える容量の場合</h3>
<p>対応する記憶媒体の容量に上限はありませんが、<strong>Windows内蔵のフォーマットツールは、32GB以上の記憶媒体をFAT32にフォーマットすることはサポートしていません。</strong>弊社プリンタでは現在サポートしていないexFATのオプションが提供されるのみです。Apple社のOSxの各バージョンでも同様の制限があり、正しくフォーマットするためにはサードパーティーのアプリケーションを使用する必要があります。</p>
<p>このようなドライブをフォーマットするには、Rufus、FAT32フォーマット、またはEaseUS Partition Masterなどのサードパーティアプリケーションが必要です。このようなプログラムを使用するときは、誤ってハードディスクなどの間違った記憶媒体をフォーマットしないように注意してください。ただ、Gコードファイルが100MBを超えることはほとんどないため、容量が8～16GBあればほとんどの場合は十分です。</p>
<h3>USBドライブ/SDカードをフォーマットする方法</h3>
<p>SDカードやUSBドライブの容量がいっぱいになってしまった場合や、ドライブの中身は読めないものの、ドライブ自体はWindowsで認識される場合、ほとんどの場合、ドライブをフォーマットすると解決します。</p>

<h3>保証期間内の修理</h3>

<p><strong>キット</strong> をお持ちの場合、部品単体のみが保証の対象となり、修理は対象外です。修理に出される場合は、保証期間内でも送料・手数料がかかります。</p>

<li><strong>技術者の修理時間は1時間単位で課金されます。</strong>修理の範囲が決まったら、技術者は予想価格を含む時間の見積もりを提示します。この金額は、<a href="https://shop.prusa3d.com/">e-shop</a> (CZK, USD, EUR, PLN, GBP) のいずれかで請求することができます。</li>
<li><strong>部品には当社小売価格があり、</strong>見積価格に記載されます。</li>

<p>見積もり金額には「予備費」が加算されます。この金額は、修理費用の合計額に基づいて計算されます。これは、未公開の問題やプリンターにサードパーティ製の改造品がある場合に、技術者の時間や部品をカバーするものです。何も発見されなかった場合、この金額は最終金額に加算されません。</p>
<p><strong>修理の開始は、費用をご負担いただいた後となります。</strong> 修理費をご負担いただけない場合、プリンターはそのままの状態で返却となります。この場合、返送にかかる送料をご負担いただきます。お支払い後、プリンターは修理されずに返送されます。</p>
<h3>修理</h3>
<p>プリンターはサービスチームによって修理され、すべての機能をテストするために一連のzプリントが行われます。これには、問題がある特定のGコード (SDカードに追加され、<strong>サービスリストに記載されている場合</strong>)、およびプリンターの主要機能のテストプリントが含まれます。</p>

<p><strong>修理するプリンターの特定部位は、3ヶ月の保証</strong> (修理契約)があります。修理後に返却したプリンターに不具合があった場合、または当社の技術者の過失による不具合があった場合、<strong>3ヶ月以内</strong> であれば無料で修理対応いたします。</p>
<p>ただし<strong>&nbsp;修理契約の保証は、プリンターの一般保証とは無関係です。</strong> また、修理箇所とは関係ない別の、あるいは新たな問題が発生した場合は、この3ヶ月の修理保証の対象外となります。この場合、新たに修理費用の見積もりを作成し、確認する必要があります。</p>

<p>The Original Prusa magnetic heatbed is designed to hold a removable double-sided flexible spring-steel sheet, designed specifically for easy removal of printed objects from the print surface.</p>

<p>The special PA Nylon sheet is made for printing polyamides (Nylon) since their adhesion to standard PEI sheets is generally very poor. The sheet comes with a matt texture, similar to the <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/satin-steel-sheet_196526">satin</a> steel sheet with a PEI surface. The sheet is compatible with most polyamides and PETG, other materials may have insufficient adhesion and should be printed on our standard PEI sheets.</p>
<h3>Main attributes</h3>

<li>Double-sided! Both sides can be used repeatedly</li>

</ul>
<h3>Considerations</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Never clean the special PA Nylon sheet with acetone, IPA (isopropyl alcohol), or other alcohol-based solvents (window cleaners, Windex, etc.)! This will damage the surface.</strong></li>
<li>For easy print removal, wash the print surface with water before every printing.</li>
<li>Check the proper first layer height! If the Live Z value is too low and the first layer is too squeezed, print removal may be difficult and may damage the sheet.</li>
<li>PA Nylon sheet should be cleaned only with water and degreased with dish-washing soap!</li>
<li>Some types of polyamide may be prone to warping and require using brim or are suitable only for printing small parts and models with sparse infill.</li>
<li>Keep the sheet as clean as possible! Any grease stain will decrease adhesion.</li>
<li>Live Z value needs to be readjusted if you switch sheets. See <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/steel-sheet-profiles_1955">スチールシートプロファイル</a>.</li>
<li>Not scratch-resistant!!! Do not use metal spatulas with sharp edges to remove the prints. Be extremely careful when removing the print.</li>
<li>Small PETG prints may require a <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/skirt-and-brim_133969#brim">Brim</a>.</li>
</ul>
<div class="warning-callout">Consumable parts, such as print sheets (satin, smooth, textured, etc.) are not covered by warranty as the coatings will diminish over time. Unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship, cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or other cosmetic damage is also not covered by the warranty. Only defective sheets on arrival are covered by warranty.</div>
<h3>Maintenance</h3>
<ul>
<li>Wash the print surface before every print with clean water (use a wet cloth or sponge…), then dry it. Greasy stains, such as fingerprints, can be cleaned with water with dishwashing soap.</li>
<li>Never use anything to clean PA Nylon steel sheet but water (with a drop of dish-washing soap)! Unlike the PEI sheets, the PA Nylon sheet must not come in contact with alcohol-based solvents (IPA, Ethyl alcohol, etc.), Acetone, window cleaners, 3DLAC, etc. Using any unrecommended solvents leads to a shorter sheet lifespan and risk of damaging the surface!</li>
<li>Some types of paper towels may leave traces on the sheet (fiber pieces).&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Filaments</h3>
<p>We have done a lot of testing and compiled our results for you to use. To easily see how to prepare your sheet for any filament type, please <a href="https://help.prusa3d.com/en/materials">see our Material table</a>.</p>
<h3>Prints don’t stick</h3>
<p>If your print surface is perfectly clean and all grease has been removed by wiping it with a paper towel soaked in water and dish-washing soap, the first layer height is set properly and the print won’t stick, check out <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/first-layer-issues_1804">1層目の問題</a>.</p>
<p>Keep in mind that polyamides in general tend to warp more than other materials. Sometimes warping may be so strong that larger models (or with dense infill) detach from the surface even over the best surface adhesion. If you experience such strong warping, we recommend using another type of PA for selected print - for example, our Prusament PA11 Carbon Fiber shows almost no warping at all. You can find more in the articles about polyamide and warping.</p>
<div class="warning-callout">PA Nylon print sheet has a special surface layer with smooth texture and matt looks. The surface layer is partially translucent and may show a specific “texture” of lengthwise or diagonal lines, or varying color shades. These color variations are characteristic for material under the topmost layer and don’t affect sheet performance.</div>
<p><em>As a result of the temperatures to which the plate is exposed during printing, its surface gradually becomes glossier or may develop smaller, duller areas. This visual change does not adversely affect the printing properties and is not considered a reason for a warranty claim.</em></p>

<h3>When will I receive an invoice? </h3>
<p>For orders with the <strong>wire transfer</strong> payment method, our system generates a proforma invoice within a few minutes from order creation. For all orders with any payment method, as soon as your payment is received and paired with your order, a deposit payment confirmation is generated, and the final invoice is generated once your order is shipped out. </p>
<div class="tip-callout">We automatically send the generated documents to the email address associated with your order. </div>
<h3>How can I edit the delivery and the billing addresses in my order invoice? </h3>
<p>The delivery address and the billing address associated with your order can be modified using your order details page, as long as the order status is <strong>New</strong>. If your order status is different, it is not possible to further modify your order.</p>
<p>Note that it is not possible to add a <strong>VAT</strong> or <strong>company billing date </strong>to an order after it is made. In this case, the order needs to be canceled and remade.</p>
<h3>Can I add or remove items to my order? </h3>
<p>Apart from a few exceptions, it is possible to add or remove items to your order using your order details page, as long as the order status is <strong>New</strong>.</p>
<p>If your order was already paid at the time of adding to it, our system will prompt you to pay the surcharge; if your order was already paid at the time of removing an item from it, our system will automatically generate a refund request for the price difference. </p>
<div class="warning-callout">If your order status is different, it is not possible to further modify your order.</div>
<h3>Why does the preparation time estimation change often? </h3>
<p>Although we are doing our best to minimize any delays, the preparation time estimation visible on your order details page can change multiple times, as it is only a timeframe estimation that relies on the actual production. </p>
<h3>My order includes multiple items with different preparation times. When will the items be shipped?</h3>
<p>All items within an order will ship at the same time when all the items are ready. It is not possible to split an order into multiple parts. </p>
<h3>When will I receive the order tracking number? </h3>
<p>The tracking number is generated and sent to the email address associated with your order as soon as your order is packed and ready for courier pick-up. </p>
<h3>The tracking shows that my order was not shipped. What should I do? </h3>
<p>If the tracking number was generated less than 2 business days ago, it is regular and it means that your order is waiting for the courier to collect it. In case the tracking number was generated for a longer time, please contact our <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/customer-support_2287">Customer Support</a>.</p>
<h3>The carrier contacted me asking for payment of duty fees. Should I cover it?</h3>
<p>For packages bound outside of the European Union, the VAT is not charged. However, you may need to pay import taxes, customs, or other taxes and fees once the package reaches the border of your country, depending on the policy of your local customs office. <strong>The customs clearance process has to be done on the customer's side, with the help of the customs broker they get from their carrier</strong> (<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Incoterms#DAP_–_Delivered_At_Place_(named_place_of_destination)" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>DAP incoterms</strong></a>). </p>

<h3>I canceled my order. When will I receive the refund? </h3>
<p>Our financial department will send you the refund within a maximum of 14 business days from the order cancelation. </p>
<h3>I canceled my order, but I changed my mind. Can I reinstate my order? </h3>
<p>It is not possible to reinstate a canceled order. The only way would be to generate a new order. </p>
