What happened?
The printer is equipped with an AC controller box, which serves as the printer's power supply, or in short, PSU. One of the internal components of the AC controller box is a cooling fan.
When the printer detects an issue with this fan, it shows the message "PSU fan is not spinning. Check it for possible debris".

How to fix it?
Locate the AC controller box on the rear-left of the printer. Inspect its outside visibly, and take note of any dust or debris. With the printer fully cooled down to room temperature and switched off, remove any visible dust.
To guarantee the correct functioning of the AC controller box cooling fan, ensure there is clearance at the back of the printer.
If the error message persists despite the above steps, do not hesitate to let our technical support know. In this scenario, a hardware fault is likely, with a replacement of the AC controller box likely needed.
