What is missing from this Guide? (elephant in the room, its sooo obvious). Most often, people will want to make the complete Hotend to have it available as a swap-in when needed. Much easier to do when you have the time. So all you can buy in the parts shop are the Heater Block, Adaptor, Thermistor and Heater (with the grub screws) , all as separate parts. So there needs to be a guide as to how to assemble the complete hotend from individual parts. Two variants: (1) when Adaptor is used, and (2) when nextruder type nozzle is used.
