What happened?
If a Prusa Printer with a CoreXY detects a crash, the printer will attempt to find a reference point through a procedure called precise homing. If the right and left sides are not aligned, the precise homing will fail, and this error will be shown.
Error name: Precise Refinement Failed
Error code: #17102 (XL) #31102 (CORE One)
How to fix it?
Check the belt tension (Adjusting belt tension (CORE One) or Adjusting belt tension (XL)) and adjust it if needed. Ensure that the printer's right and left sides are perfectly aligned.
After correctly adjusting the belts, the two plastic parts on the sides of the rail should reach the front of the axis together.

I actually ended up cross-threading my tensioner M3-30 screws on both sides which forced me to reprint new tensioners and pulleys. And to replace those tensioners you have to take off the door sensor which with the sides on is no fun at all. I haven't put it back on until I'm able to get past this issue. And to get at the belt-buckle like part that the belts are threaded into I can't say is fun either. I have taken the extruder off like 3 times at this point to check that I have the "4 or 5" teeth showing for x and y.
The problem I'm having now is that in order to get both sides with no play I have to greatly tension the belts. Once I do this I'm at like 120+hz on each. I can't back it off any to get the 98 and 92hz and still keep the alignment. At least I have two working printers right now(my 5T XL) and the other MK4s. I cant tell but the right tension pulley screw seems likeit may have cross threaded again. at this point I think I need to take the extruder off one more time, reprint the right tensioner parts and reduce how much belt is threaded through the buckle part to give me some more slack in the belt. I feel like the kit should have more belt than you need and allow you to cut off the slack once you have things working.
(It is surprising to me that the pitches can be correct but the alignment wrong, then after correcting the alignment I can re-tune up to the correct pitches without messing up the alignment. Yes, I'm new to CoreXY printers.)
Since I already went thru belt tuning procedure and the gantry was out of whack and I needed to adjust it.
