The filament has been ejected to the front of the MMU unit, so that you can remove it.
This feature is handy in case you are using the Spooljoin function. A depleted filament might be too short to be removed from the back of the unit. By ejecting it to the front of the unit, you can easily grab it and discard it.
Remove and discard the ejected filament and press the button on the LCD screen.
If you accidentally triggered the eject function, push the ejected filament back into the MMU unit and make sure it isn't protruding from the short front PTFE tubes so that the selector doesn't jam later on.

I replaced the empty Filament roll with a new one. And I pushed the new filament through the whole system short of the MMU. Then I unscrewed one of the silver things on the front PTFE tube. Now i pressed the button To continue. The printhead started to heat up again. At one point I was able to do a more or less cold pull on the remaining filament in the front. Now screw the silver thing back into its place.
When the filament in the front is removed and the printhead is heated the MMU should ask you to push the filament in to the MMU, so the MMU can load the filament.
Now the MMU should load the filament to the print head.

how do I do that ? unscrew those silver FESTO thingies ?!?

Hi! FINDA status should be visible also in the footer area on the bottom of the screen.
It seems, your FINDA probe might need to be re-calibrated - in case it falsely detects filament runouts during the print.
Also, check your slicing for unnecessary filament changes or
inspect the G-code for M600 commands.
